Photochemical degradation of carboxin and oxycarboxin in the presence of humic substances and soil.
Chemosphere 38, 3423-3429 (1999)
Carboxin and oxycarboxin undergo photolytic reactions in the presence of organic and inorganic soil components. Humic and fulvic acids in aqueous solution lead to enhanced photodegradation of these chemicals. Oxanilic acid was determined as common photoproduct of both fungicides.
