Continuous dispersion of aqueous solutions by a modified vibrating orifice aerosol generator.

The operation of a vibrating orifice aerosol generator using small orifices may be impaired due to clogging by contaminant particulates. This is drastically minimized by additional filtering of the solution close to the orifice.
