Real-time volumetric microscopy of deep tissues with optoacoustic micro-tomography (OMT).

We report on optoacoustic micro-tomography (OMT), a novel approach for visualizing optical contrast with microscopic resolution at up to 5mm depths and volumetric imaging speed of 100 frames per second.
