Selektive und ortsaufgelöste Zellanbindung mit μ-PatternibiTreat.

Selective and spatially dissolved cell attachment with µ-PatternibiTreat.

BioSpektrum 29, 391-393 (2023)
DOI
The μ-PatternibiTreat provides a method for spatially defined long-term stable cell cultivation using microstructured adhesion spots. Customization of size, shape, and coating allow diverse applications from the single cell level to cell differentiation and cell interaction studies. The multi-array arrangement simplifies the analysis of time-lapse microscopy images and increases statistical robustness of a single experiment, leading to a more detailed cell description.
